About these terms

These terms govern your use of D1 Growth ("D1 Growth", "the service"), customer management software for WhatsApp & SMS-based businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

The service

D1 Growth provides a workspace for customer details, lead stages, notes, projects, quotes, appointments, tasks and manually managed follow-ups, with reminder actions that prepare a WhatsApp or SMS message for you to review and send yourself. Follow-ups are not sent automatically, and the service does not replace WhatsApp, SMS or any other messaging service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Use appropriate caution on shared devices, where a saved session can keep you signed in.

Customer information and communication

Only enter customer information that you are authorized to use, and follow applicable privacy, consent and messaging requirements when contacting customers. Reminder actions prepare a message; you review and send it yourself through WhatsApp or your device's messaging app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited or prohibited messaging, unauthorized access to accounts or data, or interference with other users or the operation of the service. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Billing

D1 Growth costs CA$25 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, an active subscription is needed to add new leads, quotes and projects; your existing records stay viewable. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and any applicable taxes and the total are shown at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact D1 Growth so it can be reviewed.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, SMS, payment and hosting services are provided by separate companies and are subject to their own terms and availability. D1 Growth does not guarantee the delivery of messages, the availability of third-party services, or the outcome of any communication with your customers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and may add, change or discontinue features. We may update these terms from time to time; changes are posted on this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D1 Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost customer data arising from your use of the service. D1 Growth's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
