About this policy

This policy explains how D1 Growth ("D1 Growth", "we", "us") handles information in connection with D1 Growth, customer management software for WhatsApp & SMS-based businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this policy.

Information in your workspace

We handle the following categories of information:

Account information. Your email address and sign-in credentials, used to create and access your account.

Workspace content. Information you choose to enter, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, lead stages, project details, quotes, notes, follow-up dates, appointments, tasks, and customer photos you upload.

Billing information. Payment amounts and payment records are processed by Stripe. D1 Growth does not store your card details.

How information is used

Workspace information is used to provide the customer management features you use: storing and organizing your customer details, tracking lead stages, keeping notes, projects, quotes, appointments and tasks, and preparing reminders that you send yourself. Account information supports sign-in and account access. Billing records support managing your subscription.

We do not sell your information and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

Service providers and messaging

D1 Growth runs on Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, authentication and storage services, and uses Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the service.

WhatsApp and SMS reminder actions open an external messaging service or your device's messaging app with the number and message you choose. Once a message leaves D1 Growth, it is handled by your messaging provider under its own privacy practices. D1 Growth does not automatically send follow-up messages, does not access your conversations, and does not import messages from WhatsApp or SMS.

Saved sign-in

A saved session allows this device to remember your account so you do not need to re-enter your password. You can sign out at any time, which ends the saved session on that device. Use appropriate caution on shared devices.

Data retention

Your workspace information is kept while your account is active. If you delete a customer record, its information is removed from your workspace. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete the information associated with it. We may retain billing and payment records as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can view, update and delete the information in your workspace using the controls available in the app. You can also contact D1 Growth to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information associated with your account. We respond to requests as required by applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and the updated policy applies to your continued use of the service.
